Skrap AI ("we", "our", or "us") provides email verification and finder services that use algorithms and data sources to validate email addresses and discover contact information.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Harvest emails for marketing without consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Service Availability and Limitations

  • 100% accuracy of email verification results
  • Continuous availability of the service
  • Immediate processing of all requests

Email verification results are provided "as is" and should be used as one factor in your decision-making process.

6. Google Sheets™ Add-on Usage

The Skrap.ai Google Sheets add-on is free to install. Usage of email discovery and verification features requires Skrap.ai credits.

Credits can be purchased through the Skrap.ai website. No payments or billing are processed through Google Workspace or Google Sheets.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of email data complies with applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations.

Processing results, including verification status and discovered email addresses, are stored securely in your Skrap.ai account to provide access to processing history, usage records, and account functionality. You can request deletion of your processing history at any time by contacting us at contact@skrap.ai.

7. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with GDPR requirements:

  • We collect only necessary data for service provision
  • All data processing has a lawful basis
  • You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data

  • Data is retained only as long as necessary

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Skrap AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Skrap AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
