1. Free Trial Cancellation

You may cancel your free trial at any time without any charges. Simply go to your account settings or contact our support team to cancel your trial before it expires.

2. Paid Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation effective end of current month
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellation effective end of current year
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Free Trial Issues: If you experience technical issues during your free trial that prevent you from using the service, we may offer a credit extension or refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly, we will promptly refund the overcharged amount.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
  • Account Termination by Us: If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund credited to original card
  • PayPal: Refund processed through PayPal
  • Bank Transfer: Refund sent to original bank account

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial month/year subscriptions after cancellation
  • One-time purchases or add-on credits
  • Services already consumed or delivered
  • Refunds requested after 30 days from the transaction date
